Scope & Acceptance
By accessing or using The Sanctum or any service provided by The House of Eyegasmic, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of The Sanctum immediately.

Eligibility
The Sanctum is intended for individuals eighteen (18) years of age or older. All members undergo identity verification (KYC) to protect our community and comply with applicable laws.

Membership & Accounts
Each Eyekon or Eyegasm is responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Accounts are non-transferable and may be terminated for breach of these Terms or any policy of The House.

Intellectual Property
All content within The Sanctum is owned by its respective creator or by The House of Eyegasmic. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written consent.

Prohibited Conduct
Harassment, defamation, unauthorized recording, or distribution of private content is strictly forbidden. Respect for consent and confidentiality is paramount.

Disclaimers & Liability
The Sanctum is a creative and lifestyle platform. The House does not guarantee outcomes or responsibility for user-generated content. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for your membership during the preceding six months.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A., and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

To comply with U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and international laws, all participants must verify identity and age through approved third-party KYC vendors.

Procedure
Eyekons and Eyegasms submit government ID and live selfie validation. Records are encrypted and retained securely for audit purposes.

Non-Compliance
Unverified accounts will be suspended to preserve the integrity of The Sanctum.

4️⃣ REFUND & ESCROW POLICY

Fairness is the foundation of every transaction. Our escrow and refund processes are designed to protect both Eyegasms and Eyekons while maintaining the flow of trust that defines The Sanctum.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted for duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or technical failures. Personal dissatisfaction with creative content is not grounds for refund unless service was not rendered.

Escrow Process
Payments via Eyedrops™ are held in escrow for up to 72 hours post-transaction to allow for dispute resolution.

Disputes
All disputes are first mediated through The House Butler™ before arbitration in Delaware.

The Eyedrops™ economy was created to honor value, exchange, and gratitude within The Sanctum. Each token is a symbol of appreciation — never obligation.

Nature of Eyedrops™
Eyedrops™ are digital credits purchased by Eyekons to support Eyegasms or access exclusive experiences. They have no cash value outside The Sanctum.

Redemption & Withdrawal
Eyegasms may redeem Eyedrops™ subject to verification and transaction fees as outlined in their creator dashboard.

Anti-Money Laundering
The House of Eyegasmic monitors transactions for AML and fraud in accordance with FinCEN standards.

Appeals

Repeat Offenders
Accounts subject to multiple valid claims will be terminated to protect The Sanctum’s integrity.
