Who we are

Eyegasmic is a brand of Eyekonic Brands, LLC ("Eyegasmic", "we", "us"). This policy covers www.eyegasmic.com, including the Club and Shop pages. For questions or requests, contact us through eyekonicbrands.com.

What we collect

What you give us

• Club registration: your name, email address, city, the path you are interested in, an invitation code if you have one, and any note you choose to add.
• Launch list: your email address and the product you asked to hear about.
• Orders, once the Shop is live: what you need to complete a purchase, such as shipping address and payment details. Payments are handled by our checkout provider; we do not see or store full card numbers.

What is collected automatically

• Basic technical data your browser sends to any website: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and time. Our hosting provider processes this to serve and secure the site.
• Aggregate usage information, such as which pages are visited and the country a visit comes from, through Plausible Analytics. See "Cookies and similar technology" below.

What is stored on your device

• eyg-bag (local storage): the contents of your bag, so it is still there when you return.
• eyg-seen (session storage): a note that you have already seen the opening sequence, so a repeat visit is shorter. It clears when you close the tab.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.

Please keep health information out

Do not include medical or health information in any form on this site. Clinical services connected to the Eyegasmic Club are provided by independent licensed professionals in affiliated practices, and their handling of your health information is governed by their own notices and the law that applies to them, not by this policy.

How we use your information

• To respond to your Club registration and contact you about it.
• To tell you when a product you asked about becomes available.
• To fulfill and support orders, once the Shop is live.
• To keep the site secure, prevent spam and abuse, and understand in aggregate how it is used.
• To meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed: web hosting, form and email handling, analytics (if enabled), and payment, shipping and checkout (once the Shop is live). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others. If Eyekonic Brands is involved in a merger, financing or sale, information may transfer as part of it.

Form submissions (Club registration and the launch list) are received and delivered to us by Formspree. This site's typefaces are served from this site, so your browser makes no requests to Google or other font providers.

Cookies and similar technology

This site sets no cookies. It uses the local and session storage items listed above, which are needed for the bag and the opening sequence to work. For analytics we use Plausible, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across other sites, and reports only aggregate figures to us. Because it uses no cookies, there is no cookie banner. If we ever add a tool that needs your consent, we will ask first and make declining as easy as accepting.

How long we keep it

We keep registration and launch-list details until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purpose you gave them. Order records are kept as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, including under laws in California, Texas and other states, you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of your information or appealing a decision. We will not treat you differently for using them. To make a request, contact us through eyekonicbrands.com and tell us the email address you used. We may need to verify it is you before acting.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this site. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Who this site is for

Eyegasmic is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If the change is material, we will make that clear on the site.
